CEREMONY

Most our weddings are outside, weather permitting. Couples can exchange vows under the shade of our iconic baobab tree in the garden, say “I do” beside the boma with sweeping valley views, or choose a truly wild and romantic ceremony deep in the bush. For intimate elopements, our mountain-top spot offers unmatched privacy and panoramic beauty—perfect for a moment you’ll never forget.

INCLUDED IN YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE

2 nights accomodation for your 12 closest family and friends in our bushveld glamour Hemelgrond Camp. Any additional accomodation can be arranged with surrounding venus at your own cost.

A private bridal suite is included for getting ready on the big day. It’s the perfect space for calm, comfort, and beautiful photos.

2 on-site planning sessions with our events coordinator. We'll walk you through every detail and share our recommended service providers. We also suggest that the bride and groom visit the venue with their photographer ahead of the big day.

Professional barmen and waiters are included to ensure smooth service throughout your event. For a buffet and cash bar setup, we typically provide 2 barmen and 3–4 waiters for up to 50 guests.

Ceremony setup is included and features wooden benches, pallet-style décor elements, and flower stands. Floral arrangements are not included but can be arranged separately through our recommended florists.

A self-service coffee and tea station is included and available throughout the day for you and your guests to enjoy.

Wooden Tables, Tiffany Chairs, White linnnen, Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Charger Plates (Rosegold or Silver), Basic Decor. Set up and Clean Up after and before the function.

Cozy camp fire to keep your guests warm all evening long.

Audio sound system at the ceremony and reception for music and speeches.
